Although we are confident that you will be satisfied with our services, we do have a 30-day cancellation policy.
Do you use green cleaning products?
We are very conscious of the environment and do our best to use eco-friendly cleaning products.
Are the cleaning hours flexible?
Yes. We will work with you to pick the best hours for your business.
How do we know that it is your staff?
Our staff will be in full uniform for all visits and carry a visible unique ID badge.
Do the same workers come every visit?
Yes, we will assign the same team to your space. The only exceptions would be Holidays and medical leave instances. Each member of team will be site inducted to yours and our needs.
Do we have to be present during cleaning?
No. We typically provide our services when it is best not to disturb anyone in the office, our cleaners can be key holders if required.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We can provide an easy month-to-month billing system that can be cancelled with a 30-day notice
Do you do background checks on employees?
Red Dragon Group is dedicated to provide a safe and hassle free experience to our clients. We do background checks on all employees and require that they follow our strict code of conduct.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured to give you piece of mind while we perform our services for you.
