We ensure that staff providing the services have the right skills, attitude and behaviour and are committed to providing a great service. They are encouraged to take ownership and be accountable for the job which they do. We want our employees to demonstrate all of our company values, are able to solve problems on sites and work with customers at a local level. Multiskilling is also encourage to enable a seamless service provision and that one point of contact for our customers, our estate managers often become the face of the locations they manage and key person in the heart of that community.
